I made these shortbread cookies for my practical yesterday...they look easy to make, but weren't. (The technique is complicated.) They're called "Diamants" (or, "Diamonds," in English) because the dough on the outside is covered in sugar (giving them a "sparkling" effect.) The cookies have orange zest in them.
